We’re rolling out a new and improved Picker Training program for 2026 - now even more accessible for all cotton harvest staff, not just operators. You can attend in person or purchase the training as video‑only, perfect for showing on‑farm or for staff to watch on their own devices.
The Training Day Includes:
1. Cotton Harvest Safety Induction
All the essentials: general harvest safety, fire awareness, and correct blowdown technique.

Operators stay on for the rest of the day for our in‑depth, hands‑on picker training.
