Cotton Grower of the Year Embraces SafeStart Video Pack

Cotton Australia’s 2024 Cotton Grower of the Year, Scott Balsillie from Eastern Australian Agriculture, is raising the bar for farm safety by incorporating SafeStart Farm Induction Video Pack into their operations. 

With a commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement, Eastern Australian Ag adopted the SafeStart video series from Real Skills Ag Training to streamline their worker inductions. 

Since 2022, Real Skills Ag Training has delivered practical, productive farm safety training to hundreds of cotton industry workers, helping them work safer, smarter, and more efficiently.
